Spencer Ma MBA, FCPA, ACIS, APEC certified business counselor, Chief Consulting Officer of Stonehenge Consulting joined Ventac Partners as a Partner in January of 2010. Graduated at the University of Melbourne and qualified with Arthur Andersen, Mr. Ma has 25 years of regional experience in Asia Pacific (Greater China, ASEAN) with various US multinational corporations, Australian entities and Hong Kong listed companies holding senior financial and general management positions. Mr. Ma had extensive knowledge in advising client assignments in business valuation, deals structuring, strategic business planning, pre-IPO change management, PRC venture set up and due diligence. Mr. Ma specializes in advising cross border manufacturing based enterprises and turning around distressed companies. He currently serves as Chairman of CPA Australia HK China Division SME committee and is a frequent speaker at Trade Industry Department, Federation of Hong Kong Industries, Hong Kong Productivity Council, Chinese Manufacturers Association, HKUSPACE and Hong Kong Institute of Directors seminars in Corporate Governance, M&A, Due Diligence, Business Valuation, PRC processing trade change management and SME financing.
