Dede Willis | Partner
Dede Willis joined Ventac Partners in 2003. She has a B. Sc. Degree in Chemical Engineering and an MBA and brings over 20 years of operating and management experience, including executive positions in Europe and the US. A member of senior management teams for life science companies for most of her career, Ms. Willis has a track record of successfully streamlining operations and maximizing productivity in both existing operations and start-ups.
Prior to joining Ventac Partners, Ms. Willis was VP, Operations at Proligo LLC and Managing Director of Proligo Biochemie GmbH. Ms. Willis began her career with the Hoechst Group where she held a variety of positions and concluded her 15 year tenure as President and CEO of a $100 million subsidiary.
